The images below depict the most appropriate locations to take measurements for different parts of your body, specifically bust, waist and hips. When taking these measurements, make sure that the tape is level, you are measuring the widest/smallest part and the tape is neither too tight or too loose. Also measure yourself on your bare skin or over underwear, not over clothes.
Please follow the guide below on how to measure:
-
Bust: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (under your armpits, across your back and rejoin at the front) to get the measurement.
-
Waist: Use the tape to circle your waist at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.
-
Hips: To measure the circumference of your low hip, make sure the tape is wrapped over the largest part of your buttocks and the widest part of your hips. Because making sure the tape is level can be hard, we recommend to do it in front of a mirror.
